Joe came to Looper after four years running a small group of television stations in Southeast Idaho, where he monitored countless hours of MeTV and other classic television programming.
Education
After two rocky years at Swarthmore College, Joe took 40 semesters off before earning his BA in broadcast journalism at the University of Massachusetts, and then went on to the Master's program at the University of Texas, where he focused on video and investigative journalism. He wants everyone to know that it's never too late to pursue higher education of any kind.
